Family Ministries Assistant

I grew up in a loving, Christian home, but it wasn’t until high school that I understood that I was a sinner in need of a Savior. I understood that my good deeds and church attendance didn’t gain me favor with God and that it was only by grace through faith that I was saved and surrendered my life to Him at that time. From that moment, I began walking with Jesus rather than striving to gain His approval. It has been the greatest joy! After attending Dallas Baptist University (go Pats!), I felt called to ministry and began working with a college ministry. A few years later, I felt the need to be further equipped in ministry and began looking for opportunities to do so. I stumbled upon the Watermark Institute program on their website and had the privilege of being a part of the Institute Class of 2019. The Lord used the Fellowship program to increase my love for His Word, ignite a passion for the local church, and clarify my giftings. Following the Watermark Fellowship, I jumped onto the Family team in Fort Worth and it’s my absolute privilege to love and serve the families of Watermark Fort Worth!
